BRUTUS, (Quintus Caepio Brutus), (43-42 B.C.), silver denarius, mint moving with Brutus in Greece, (3.69 grams), obv. bare head of Liberty to right, LEIBERTAS before, rev. plectrum, lyre and branch, CAEPIO BRVTVS PRO COS around, (S.379 [£325], Cr.501/1, Syd.1287, C. Brutus 5 [£170]). Nearly extremely fine and rare.

Ex Martin Daniels, March 19, 1987. Crawford has determined that less than 30 obverse dies were used for this type.
