M. PORCIUS CATO, (Propraetor 47-46 B.C.), silver quinarius, Africa mint, (2.04 grams), obv. young male head to right, M. C[ATO] PRO PR around, rev. Victory seated to right holding patera, VICTRIX in exergue, (S.319 [£55], Cr.462/2, Syd.1054, B.Porcia 11 [£30]). Weak in places, dark tone, otherwise good fine.

Ex Glendining's London, June 1, 1989 (lot 89 part). 50 obverse dies calculated for this type issued, according to Crawford.
