C. VIBIUS C.F.C.N. Pansa Caetronianus, (48 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (4.00 grams), obv. young Bacchus to right wearing ivy wreath, PANSA behind, rev. Ceres walking to right, with two outstretched torches, plough before, C.VIBIVS C.F.C.N. behind, (cf.S.313 [£120], Cr.449/2, Syd.946, B.Vibia 16 [£50]). Attractive grey patina, nearly extremely fine and scarce.

Ex Dolphin Coins, November 16, 1986 and previously from Stanley Gibbons c.1972.
