Q. ANTONIUS BALBUS, (c.83-2 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.98 grams), obv. Jupiter laureate head to right, S C behind, .M before, rev. Victory in quadriga to right, Q ANTO BALB/PR exergue, (S.274 [£55], Cr.364/1c, Syd.742a, B.Antonina 1b). Serrated edge, banker's marks on obverse, nearly very fine.
