Jupiter in quadriga to right, M.SILA below, ROMA in exergue, (S.-, Cr.285/2, Syd.535); another M.Sergius Silus, (116-115 B.C.), silver denarii (2), (3.83, 385 grams), obv. Roma helmeted head right, EX SC before, ROMA * behind, rev. horseman galloping left, with sword and barbarian head, Q/M.SERGI below, SILVS in exergue, (S.224, Cr.286/1, Syd.534, Sergia 1), another of neater style (Sergia 1a). Grey tone, nearly very fine. (3)
