BOMBAY PRESIDENCY, Machine struck issue, Surat Mint type, but struck at Calcutta 1823-1824, in the name of Shah Alam II (A.H.1173-1221, A.D. 1759-1806), Regnal Year 46, with complete impression of die and the date A.H.1215 (A.D. 1800), silver rupee, edge grained vertically, (Pr. 284, KM.222). Good extremely fine and rare, with attractive blue and gold tone.
