The standard work on this the second part of this two part series illustrating every known variety. The book is almost impossible to obtain, with less than five copies listed in the last 15 years. The publication is believed to be almost entirely destroyed as enquiries over fifteen years ago revealed no copies available from the publishers. The publication is known to be present in only very few of the major world numismnatic libraries.
