ELAGABALUS, (A.D. 218-222), silver antoninianus, Rome mint, issued A.D. 219-220, (4.83 grams), obv. radiate bust of Elagabalus draped and cuirassed to right, around IMP ANTONINVS AVG, rev. around TEMPORVM FELICITAS Felicitas standing holding patera and caduceus, (S.-, RIC 149, RSC 281). Brilliant, struck on a large flan, extremely fine, rare.
