BOEOTIA, probably struck at Thebes, (379-371 B.C.), silver hemidrachm, (2.370 grams), obv. Boeotian shield, rev. kantharos with letters **BO IW* either side, thunderbolt above, (cf.S.2396, BMC 30 [p.35]). Good fine/ nearly very fine and a rare symbol.
