CELTIC BRITAIN, Uninscribed Coinage, Norfolk wolf type, (c.65 - 45 B.C.), stater, 5.7 grams, obv. abstracted head of Apollo right, laurel wreath upwards, rev. crude wolf to left, large pellet and triangular arrangement below wolf, (S.28A, Van A. 610-3 and noted as extremely rare). Chipped on edge, black patina, otherwise fine/very fine and extremely rare.
