FRANCE, medals for the African colonies, in bronze by Emile Monier (1930), 59mm, Paris mint, generally with obverse of a portrait of a native, rev. with map and scence naming the colony, the colonies represented are Dahomey, French Soudan, Guinee, High Volta, Ivory Coast, Mauritania and Niger, also included another medal by L.Desvignes, 59mm, obv. woman and child, rev. palm tree. Extremely fine, an unusual and interesting group. (8)
