ROMAN REPUBLIC, Anonymous (Aes Grave) Series, (c.240-225 B.C.), Rome mint, AE semis, (133 grams), obv. Saturn head to left, S below, rev. prow of galley to right with S above; (S.42 [£150], Cr.35/2, Syd.73). Earthy green patina, good very fine and very scarce.
