ISLANDS OFF SICILY, Cossura, (late first century B.C.), AE 26, (11.042 grams), obv. head of Isis to right, crowned by Nike, countermarked REG, rev. Phoenician Tanit symbol in wreath, (S.6581, RPC 675, SNG Cop. 451); Melita (Malta), (2nd - 1st century B.C.), AE 26, (12.144 grams), obv. head of Isis to left, wearing uraeus crown, corn ear in front, rev. four-winged figure (Osiris), kneeling left, holding flail and sceptre, (S.6588, Weber 8525, SNG Cop. 465). First dark tone, very fine, second fine, both scarce. (2)
