ZEUGITANIA, Carthage, (c.241-221 B.C.), AE 33, Carthage mint, (23.7 grams), obv. head of Tanit left, wreathed with corn, rev. horse standing right, sun-disk between two uraeus-cobras, before Punic letter '9', (S.6505, cf.M.150 [p.94], cf.SNG Cop. 256 [Carthage mint dated 241-221 B.C.], cf.Visona 36 [dates 230-220 B.C.]). Some surface oxidation, otherwise very fine/good fine and rare.
