EGYPT, Kingdom of, Ptolemy XII, (80-51 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, second reign issue 55-51 B.C., issued year 30 = 52-51 B.C., (13.709 grams), Alexandria mint, obv. head of Ptolemy XII to right wearing aegis, rev. eagle to left with closed wings, standing on thunderbolt, in front L**L* over headdress of Isis, around **PTOLEMAIOU BASILEWS*, (S.7948, Sv. 1840, SNG Cop 397). Very fine, the last date of this ruler.
