MACRINUS, (A.D. 217-218), silver denarius, Antioch mint, (2.496 grams), issued A.D. 217, obv. bearded Macrinus laureate cuirassed bust to right, around IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG. rev. Securitas standing to left, holding caduceus, leaning on column, around SECVRITAS TEMPORVM, (S.2059, RIC 91, RSC 122b). Nearly very fine and rare.
