ANONYMOUS ISSUE, (115/4 B.C.), silver brockage denarius, (3.886 grams), obv. Helmeted head of Roma to right, ROMA below, X behind, rev. incuse of the obverse, (S.164 [£160 EF], Cr.287/1, Syd.530, RSC 176). Cleaned, light obverse porosity, otherwise very fine/nearly extremely fine and rare.

Ex CNG with ticket. Roman Republican brockages are all rare and are only occasionly seen.
