BACTRIA, Kingdom of, Menander (c.160-145 B.C.), silver drachm, (2.096 grams), obv. diademed bust left with spear, legend around, rev. Athena Pallas standing left hurling thunderbolt and holding shield, MHT monogram to right, another (2.426 grams), similar with MHI monogram (M.224e, 224c, M.[ACW] 1792); another (2.392 grams), obv. helmeted bust right, rev. similar to before with monogram HT**D* right field, (M.218c, M.[ACW] 1780). Dark tone, nearly very fine or better. (3)
