LYCIA, Dynast of Lycia, Mithrapata, c.380-375 B.C., silver stater, (9.85 grams), obv. forepart of roaring lion to right, rev. head of the dynast to left, triskeles behind, all within incuse square, legend around, (Morkholm & Olcay, 'The Coin Hoard from Podalia' Num. Chron. 1971, No.72-74 (dies A6/P6), SNG Von Aulock 4239 [same dies]). Very fine/nearly extremely fine and rare.
