John Wilkinson halfpenny, Soho Mint mule with Ibberson's reverse (Middlesex 342) (D&H 472 bis this piece). Two rim bumps otherwise attractive dark grey toned with traces of red, excessively rare if not unique.
Purchased from Spink in 1987 and probably ex R. Dalton's Collection (with ticket marked unique Å“8/10/-).
