CARACALLA, (A.D. 198-217), silver denarius, issued 210, Rome mint, (2.946 grams), obv. laureate head to right of Caracalla, around ANTONINVS PIVS AVG GERM, rev. Serapis standing facing, head left, holding long sceptre and raising hand, around P M TR P XVIII COS IIII P P, (cf.S.1930, RIC 263, RSC 296). Good very fine.
