FRANCE, Charles V, (1364-1380), franc a pied, (3.8 grams), issued 20 April 1365, obv. standing figure of king, KAROLVS DI GR FRANCORVS REX around, rev. XPC VINCIT XPC REGNAT XPC IMPERAT, cross with alternate lis and crown in angles, (C. 457 [A], L. 371, Dup 360 [A]). Clipped, slightly bent, otherwise very fine and very scarce.
