C. VALERIUS FLACCUS, (82 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.625 grams), obv. bust of Victoiry to right, rev. legionary eagle between two standards inscribed H and P, around C VAL FLA IMPERAT, in exergue EX SC, (S.288 [£85 VF], Cr.365/1a, Syd.747a). Good very fine and rare.
