ROMAN AND BYZANTINE AE ISSUES, Julia Mamaea, (222-235 A.D.), AE sestertius, (23.38 g), obv. diademed and draped bust facing left, rev. Felicitas seated left, holding caduceus and cornucopiae (S.8229, RIC 679); Philip I, octoassarion (18.61 g), radiate, draped cuirassed bust left, rev. turreted head of Tyche right, ram above, star below (S.-, BMC 527); Byzantie, anonymous follis, (9.22 g), obv. Christ facing, rev. ISXS IASILE IASIL (SB.1823); Justin I, follis, (16.75 g), obv. bust facing right, rev. M, cross above and each side; another similar, (12.49 g), M with cross above star to right (SB.1823); plus a modern cast copy in brass of an Azes I tetradrachm. Good fine, nearly fine, fine, patches of corrosion on the obverse, good, good, very fine. (6)
