VALENTINIAN I, (364-367 A.D.), silver siliqua, Constantinople Mint, (1.62 g), obv. Pearl-diademed draped and cuirassed bust of Valentinian I to right, around D N VALENTINI ANVS PF AVG, rev. VOT/ V, within wreath, dot in medallion at top of wreath, in exergue CP.A toned, (S.19378, RIC 13a.1, C.69Aa). Toned, good very fine, scarce.

Ex Dr V.J.A. Flynn Collection and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 107 (lot 3995) and also coming from an old Hungarian collection.
