FRANCE, Provincial, Lorraine (duchy), Charles III le Grand (the Great), (1545-1608), silver teston (8.61 g), Nancy mint, obv. bare-headed and collared bust right, rev. crowned coat of arms, (De Saulcy 23.6; cf. Roberts 9564). Nearly fine, toned with some hoard patination.
