ADELAIDE POUND, 1852, second type with crenellated inner circle on the reverse. Considerable original mint bloom, nearly uncirculated and rare in this condition.

Ex Allan Sutherland collection (purchased by him from the Adelaide Public Library and Museum in 1932 for two pounds, the original receipt included in the lot).
