1887 PATTERN FLORIN - SMALL BUST, Victoria, 1837-1901. S-3925, ESC-2950, Davies unlisted (R7). 11.30g. Obverse - Joachim E. Boehm's Jubilee bust is smaller than standard proof, with eight beads on the left arch in the crown. I.E.B. instead of J.E.B on truncation. Reverse - Crowned cruciform shields Garter star in the centre four sceptres featuring symbols for the three kingdoms, i.e. England (sceptre with a cross), Ireland (harp) and Scotland (thistle). Deep golden blue brown iridescence, FDC and extremely rare.
