PARRAMATTA JUVENILE & INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION, 1883, in silver (30mm) (C.1883/2), no maker, ring top suspension, edge inscribed, 'Matilda Hawthorne.'. Small edge bump and surface marks, otherwise fine.

The Juvenile Exhibition started on 19 December 1883 and finished on 9 February 1884. Matilda Hawthorne from Public School, Parramatta South, in the category Between 13 and 15 Years of Age, received her prize medal for a Collection of Plain Needlework.
