STACE, Thomas., Hobart Town, currency note, threepence (in Spanish Dollars at 5s each), 19 May 1826 (1826 printed), No.E103, hand signed by Thos. Stace, on printed form, black on white, printed on ornate printers sample paper (McNeice 36). Stuck down on backing paper, although not detracting from the note, with folds, otherwise fine and rare.
Thomas Stace was a school teacher, and many of his notes were printed on 'alphabet paper' or printers sample paper as in this instance.
