HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), AE sestertius, Rome mint, issued 133, (27.82 g), obv. laureate head to right of Hadrian, around HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P, rev. around FELICITAS AVG, S C across, Felicitas standing to left, holding branch and long caduceus, (S.3595, RIC 2250 (750), Banti 324-5, BMC 1499). Good very fine, minor surface roughness, scarce.

Slabbed by NGC, as AU, strike 4/5, Surface 3/5, and comment of fine style with light smoothing (No.3900215-014).
