VITELLIUS, (Late April - Dec 20, 69 A.D.), silver denarius, Rome Mint, (3.29 g), obv. laureate head of Vitellius to right around A VITELLIVS GERM IMP AVG TR P, rev. LIBERTAS RESTITVTA, Libertas, draped and standing facing, head to right holding pileus, and in left hand a long rod, (S.2198, RSC 47, BMC 31, RIC 105). Lightly toned, very fine or better and rare.
