THESSALY, Thessalian League, (C.470s-460s B.C.), silver obol, 8mm, (0.86 g), obv. Head and neck of bridled horse to right, rev. grain kernel within incuse square, around **FE QA*, (S.. Franke, Geschichte 4; BCD Thessaly II 15, HGC 4, 202). Good very fine, very scarce.
