Note: On 23 December 1925 T.J.Dwyer requested a replacement for his Military Medal which he claimed to have lost. A replacement was issued on 11 September 1926.

Entitled to British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19.

Between 21Jun1916 and 26Sep1917 Pte Dwyer was a persistent offender being AWL, disobeying orders or being drunk and was found guilty on every occasion resulting in loss of pay.
