ISLAMIC, Abbasid, al-Ma'mun 'abd Allah, (A.H. 194-218) (A.D. 810-833), gold dinar, (4.09 g), citing al-Sari and Dhu'l-Riyasatayn, below inscriptions on obverse and reverse, Misr mint name (Egypt), dated A.H. 203 = A.D. 818-9, (A.222.7, BMC 267, BN 890, Wilkes 389). Fine - nearly very fine and very scarce.
