FRENCH INDO CHINA, Yunnan or Burma, silver tael, c1943, possibly made in Hanoi, 40mm, (33.10 g), obv. in Burmese and Chinese, 'Genuine silver one tael', rev. stag head in linear circle (Kann 939; KM.A3). Weakly struck as usual, with surface marks and pitting, otherwise fine and very scarce.
