CONSTANS II, (641-668), gold solidus of thick fabric and small module, Carthage Mint, struck A.D. 641-647, (4.37 g), obv. facing beardless busts, wearing crown and chlamys, holding cross on globe, around DN CONSTANTINI P rev. cross potent on three steps, around VICTORIA AVGU A, (S.1029 var, DOC 107). Scratch on obverse, good very fine and very scarce.
