MACEDON, Kingdom of, Amyntas III (394/3-370/69 B.C.), silver Stater (9.23 g), Aigai mint, obv. head of Herakles to right, wearing lion skin, rev. horse standing right within linear border within incuse square, AMY NT around, (S.1508, BMC 1-4, Westermark, Remarks, pl. LXIX, 32, SNG ANS 87, HGC 3.1, 828). Bright, nearly very fine, scrape on obverse, well centered, scarce.
