ARTHUR MILLER SIGNATURE, in ball point pen on a typed one page letter (approx 18.5x26.5cm), with his typed address in New York City, dated April 9, 1959 to Mr. Charles Marowitz in England sending him a copy of his workshop production of a play 'The Man Who Had All The Luck', the letter has a separate handwritten addition to the first line. With intersecting folds, notations at the top, scattered toning and soiling, very good.

With certificate of authenticity of RR Auction and a printed photo of Miller.

Arthur Asher Miller (1915 - 2005) was an American playwright, essayist, and prominent figure in twentieth-century American theatre. He was married to movie star Marilyn Monroe from 1956 to 1961 during which time they worked together on the movie, The Misfits, also starring Clark Gable. They divorced before the movie was released and this was the last movie for Monroe before her premature death by overdose, officially classified as 'probable suicide'.

Charles Marowitz (1934 - 2014) was an American critic, theatre director, and playwright.
