VALENS, (A.D. 364-378), silver siliqua, Rome mint, issued A.D. c. 367-375 (2.04 g), obv. pearl-diademed head of Valens to right, around DN VALEN S PF AVG, rev. VOT V MVLT X all within wreath RQ in exergue, (S.19687, RIC 10c, RSC 91h). Fine, with obverse marks and slightly bent.
