PHILIP I, (A.D. 244-249), AE sestertius, Rome mint, (22.28 g), obv. laureate bust right, draped and cuirassed, around IMP M IVL PHILLIPPVS AVG, rev. SECVRIT ORBIS, Securitas seated left holding sceptre, SC in exergue, (S.9018, RIC 190, C.216). Toned, nearly extremely fine, rare in this condition.
