HADRIAN, (117-138 A.D.), silver denarius, issued 125-128 A.D., Rome mint, (2.80 g), obv. Laureate head of Hadrian to right, around HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS, rev. COS III around, Concordia seated to left, holding patera and resting left arm on statuette of Spes on column at side of throne, (S.3475, RIC 172, BMC 394. RSC 328a). Nearly extremely fine, scarce.
