POWDER FLASK, 19th century, in brown leather covered steel with steel spout with 'drams' measurer, with external spring operated cut off, marked for maker 'James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield', also marked 'Quick Loading/Fireproof', on the steel band above the flask is inscribed, 'From Ball To Bronson' (approx size 10x23cm) (Riling p392, no.1089). Some spots with loss of leather or colour, otherwise very fine.
