ANZAC COMMEMORATIVE MEDALLION, 1915, issued in 1967, in bronze (50x75mm) (C.1915/3), named to E.A.W.Clarke. Uncirculated.

The medallion was claimed by Clarke's brother on 25 March 1968 and he stated on the declaration that his brother was Edward Albert (or Alfred) Windsor Clarke, no.198, 18 Battalion. Subsequently a medallion was issued named to E.A.W.Clarke. In fact Clarkes' full name was Edward Alfred Oather Windsor Clarke.
