FRANCE, presentation medal in silver (69mm, edge marked 'ARGENT'), obverse by Desaide, Coat of Arms, 'Boulogne S/Mer' engraved in scroll above; reverse by C.H.Pillet, seated female figure holding musical instrument in right hand and reaching up to hold a branch of a tree with left hand, engraved in field 'Lawn Tennis/Tournament/1921/Prix Offert Par/La Ville/de Boulogne sue Mer'. In circular case, gilt blocked on inside lid 'Arthus Bertrand/Berenger/& Magdelaine/46 Rue de Rennes/Paris', extremely fine.
