W.J.Toseland, S.A.M.R. on first medal, 64242 Pte W.J.Toseland. 3 L.H.R. A.I.F. on second medal. First medal engraved, second medal impressed. Court mounted, toned, very fine.
Privately purchased in November 1978.
British War Medal is his only WWI entitlement. Not entitled to Victory Medal as he was not taken on the strength of a unit in a theatre of war before 11Nov1918.
