EGYPT, New Kingdom, (1550 - 1069 B.C.), carnelian amulet, carved in the shape of a vase or poppy seed head, (12mm high); Late Period, (712 - 323 B.C.), green faience amulet of the god Bes, (16mm high); Ptolemaic Period, (3rd - 1st century B.C.), blue faience amulet of a seated baboon, with headdress, (14mm high); Late Period, (712 - 323 B.C.), blue faience scaraboid amulet, with etched linear decoration, (6mm long). Very fine and scarce. (4)
