SCOTLAND, award medal, (1899), handcrafted in silver (37mm), obverse inscribed, 'Presented/By/J.Paterson/Groom/For Best Foal/Crown Scotland/1899', reverse, plain. The domed central disc inserts, front and back, with small dings, otherwise very fine.
