USA, MEDALLIONS, one in silver (5oz and 63mm diameter) and another in bronze (4.5oz and 62mm), obverse, inscribed 'George McGovern Democrat Presidential Campaign'. Both medallions held in timber mount, uncirculated.

Senator George McGovern from South Dakota launched his second candidacy for the Presidency of the United States in an ultimately unsuccessful bid to win the election held in 1972.
