MEXICO, Philip IV, (1621-1665), cob four reales, no date or officina, both off flan, but style of Mexico City mint (c.1650s), (12.84, 11.09 g), (KM.38) (2); another assayer D, Mexico mint an issue of 1618-1632 (KM.37.2 or 38) (illustrated); another a contemporary forgery of normal issue of Potosi mint style (12.40 g). Fine, most with uneven flans, pitting etc, forgery unusual style (illustrated). (4)
